How the Upright integration works with Waytobill.

Telesales checkout from the Upright CRM

  1. Sales agent dials a customer's number available in the CRM.
  2. A payment link is sent from the CRM directly to the customer's phone as a text message.
  3. Customer opens a Waytobill's checkout pre-filled with their data pulled from the CRM.
  4. Customer completes the checkout and the registration is confirmed.
  5. New customer data is synchronised with the CRM and the onboarding process gets started.

  2. The data is used to open a Waytobill's checkout pre-filled with the data provided in the previous step.
